Withdrawal limits
The minimum withdrawal is €10 (or the equivalent in another currency), except when you close the account and withdraw the full balance. The monthly cap is €10,000. If your balance is at least 10 times larger than your total deposits, the cap is €5,000 per month.
Withdrawal fees with examples
| Case | Fee |
|---|---|
| You have wagered your deposit at least once | No withdrawal commission |
| Deposit not wagered | 8%, minimum €4 (or equivalent) |
| Chargeback, denial or reversal of a payment | €50 administration fee per case |
The 8% fee is meant to combat money laundering. If you withdraw €100 without having wagered your deposit, the fee is €8. On a €30 withdrawal 8% would be €2.40, so the €4 minimum applies. Wager the deposit at least once and no commission is charged. Some payment systems also add their own currency exchange fees to deposits.
Currencies and deposits
You can use all currencies available on the site. Deposits in another currency are converted at the daily oanda.com rate, or at the bank’s or payment processor’s rate. Some payment methods do not process every currency; the cashier then shows the processing currency and a conversion calculator. Deposits must come from an account or card registered in your own name, and the deposit methods are listed in the payment section of the site.
Verification before withdrawing
Full KYC is required when your lifetime deposits exceed €5,000, when you request a withdrawal of any amount and for suspicious transactions. You need a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the ID and a bank statement or utility bill showing your name and address.
Keep in mind that a withdrawal request triggers the check, so upload clear, current documents before you request your first payout. The terms allow the casino to suspend wagering or restrict the account until the required information is received.
