1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and Nexarion Ltd, which operates Need4Win. By registering an account, accessing the platform or using any service provided by Need4Win, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with any policies and specific terms referred to in them.

3. Deposits
You may deposit funds only using payment methods registered in your own name and authorised by Need4Win. Payments made by third parties, or through payment methods belonging to another person, are not permitted.
You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are lawful and that you have the authority to use the selected payment method. Deposits may be subject to minimum and maximum limits, processing fees, transaction restrictions and availability requirements displayed on the platform.
Need4Win monitors transactions for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing and other unlawful activity. Deposits may be delayed, rejected, returned or reported where required by law or where suspicious activity is identified. 8. Limitation of liability

11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, treated as severed. The remaining provisions will remain valid and in full effect.
